Delivery conditions

- Ordered goods are delivered carraige paid from €1.000, excl. VAT;

- Transport is done with our own trucks, equipped with a truck-mounted forklift;

- For every delivery a mileage allowance of €6,00 excl. VAT is charged;

- Orders that are less than €1.000 excl. VAT will be delivered on the basis of a transport fee, depending on the region;

- For orders that can be delivered elsewhere than at the invoice address or at your depot, an administration fee will be charged;

- For deliveries that do not have to take place at the invoice address, we ask you to email a photo of the unloading area to prevent mistakes;

- Vernafix BVBA will always inform its costumer’s 2 day before delivery;

- Additional or modified orders can be passed up to 2 working days before the delivery and at latest by 5PM. If possible, the additional orders are still included;

- The unloading of the goods must take place in an easily accessible place and in safe conditions; If we think this is not the case, then the delivery or unloading of the goods will be refused;

- The removing or placing of the goods doesn’t belong to the scope of delivery;

- Plastic packaging is done around some products to protect them during transport. This must be removed by the customer after unloading to prevent heating;

- Some products may not be exposed to sunlight as long as they are not installed. If these regulations aren't 

complied with, Vernafix BVBA can’t be held responsible for possible damage;

- Any damage to the delivered goods must be noted on the delivery noter or be communicated in writing no later than 2 working days after delivery ;

- Photos and the invoice must be send to info@vernafix.be to prove the damage;

- Any replacement of the goods is limited to the delivery of the goods in question;

- The outbreak, repositioning, delivery of building materials and man-hours aren’t reimbursed by Vernafix BVBA;
